FARM FRESH DUCK EGGS

PASTURE RAISED POULTRY
We raise Heritage Hybrid chickens plus Cornish Cross chicken and white breast turkey for meat. Our poultry spends the day on grass where they forage. They also eat non gmo feed every day. The poultry is protected from predators by an electric poultry fence. They spend the night in various chicken tractors including John Suscovich style chicken tractors. This method allows the chickens to have a life outside confinement searching for insects and plant seeds....a better life for them and for all of us that want a healthy choice of food.
Currently we have a grant and are involved in a study to explore the nutritional and taste impact that pasture raised poultry on different feed rations have.
